How much does delivery cost, and where do you deliver?

We deliver across Kraków and slightly beyond the city limits. Delivery fees depend on distance from our studio, and for locations outside the city, we’ll discuss the cost individually. Just reach out via e-mail or WhatsApp/Telegram +48 573 938 033, and we’ll take care of everything.

What happens if the recipient doesn’t answer or isn’t home?

If the Recipient Is Unavailable
 To keep your gift a surprise, the courier will not open the bouquet at the delivery address. Here’s what happens:
1. The courier will try to call the recipient upon arrival.
2. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will contact you, the sender, to try to reach the recipient.
3. If no one answers, the bouquet is returned to our studio. A new delivery will require an additional fee.
We recommend that if you want the delivery to be a surprise, you ensure the recipient will be available during the selected delivery window.
