Delivery Time

We deliver bouquets across Kraków every day from 08:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can select a convenient two-hour time slot:

• 08:00 – 10:00 

• 10:00 – 12:00 

• 12:00  – 14:00 

• 14:00  – 16:00 

• 16:00  – 18:00 

• 18:00  – 20:00

 

Same-Day Delivery

To receive same-day delivery, please contact us by clicking the button above the big logo on the main page

 

If the Recipient Does Not Answer

Our courier will attempt delivery at the selected time. If upon arrival:

• The door is not opened,

• The recipient does not answer the phone,

• The sender also does not respond,

the bouquet will be returned to our studio. Any redelivery will be subject to an additional fee.

 

Next-Day Delivery

Flowers are a perishable product. If a bouquet is rescheduled for delivery on a different day, we cannot guarantee the same level of freshness as on the originally selected date.

When choosing your delivery time, please ensure the recipient will be available, or leave a comment in your order if you’d like us to contact the recipient in the morning on the day of delivery to confirm a convenient time. This will help ensure a smooth delivery.​
