Return Policy

  1. Return of non-floral products
    In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act, Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
    This right applies only to products other than cut flowers and bouquets (e.g. vase, toy, greeting card).
    The withdrawal is possible only until the order has been delivered to the recipient.
     

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send us an e-mail with a clear statement of withdrawal.

  1. Refunds
    In case of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be issued within 10 business days from the moment we receive the request.
    The payment will be refunded using the same method as the original payment.
     

  2. Exclusion – flowers
    Due to the nature of the goods (fresh flowers, perishable products), bouquets cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article 38(4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
     

  3. Complaints – flower quality
    We take great care to ensure all flowers are fresh and in perfect condition.
    If, however, the Customer receives flowers in poor condition (e.g. damaged, frozen), please:
     

  • take a photo of the product within 1 hour from delivery,
     

  • send the photo with a complaint to our e-mail.
     

Each case will be reviewed individually, and our Studio will offer a suitable solution.
